I took my sister here for her birthday and we had a wonderful time. It's a gorgeous shop with so many options to customize your jewelry. The staff are very helpful and provide a demo but also give you your space to do your own thing. They even brought out a cupcake with a candle in it for my sister to celebrate. Just so special, I am so happy with everything!

I had an absolutely amazing time. If you go in knowing you are likely going to drop 100 dollars at least, and enjoy the experience for what it is, you will have a great experience. The prices are CLEARLY labelled on everything, so I knew what to expect. And the girls who worked there were very nice, and clearly enjoying their time there. The demo I was given was easy to follow and helped me immensely in building my necklace. The snacks were very literally the cherry on top, so tasty. Keep in mind I went on a day with fairly low foot traffic, so what you experience on a busier day might be different, but I have no complaints. I would definitely come back here with a friend.

6 months later and bracelet is already tarnished! Really loved the idea of the charm bar when this first opened and although it was a cute experience, it was very crowded, difficult to put charms on. I’m posting this review now because only 6 months later, my bracelet is tarnished. For $135, that’s very disappointing that quality did not match price tag. I also took very good care of it (didn’t wear it often, didn’t get it wet). For a product that expensive I assumed it would last me longer.

A truly unforgettable experience! My best friend took me here for my birthday to make bestie charm necklaces and we had such a great time. From the moment we entered, we felt situated and welcomed by the warm staff. They helped us find a table and there were easy to follow instructions on each table, with all the tools we needed. The charms were organized into themes so it was easy to find ones that fit my style (for example, they had an area with sports charms, animal charms, bow charms, zodiac charms and so on). Big shout out to Jordan for always checking on us to make sure we were doing okay with the steps and showing me a few tips and tricks for tightening the little loops around the charms.

You should set a budget of at least $100 so you can get the bracelet or necklace chain, along with 4 charms. Each charm is about $15. I was able to find a bunch of charms that represented significant things in my life: a cross for my faith, I spelled out my nickname, a lemon for always finding a way to make lemonade out of lemons, a cowboy boot because I love country music and a “BFF” charm to remember this memorable day with my bestie.

The ambiance and decor is so lovely. I liked that there were mirrors everywhere so you could hold up different styles and see what they looked like. There’s also a clothing store on the other side of the charm bar with reasonably priced and fashionable clothes, footwear and accessories.

They have a little beverage area with coffee, tea and cherry colas (cherries are a big theme in the shop), as well as a sweets snack station.

When I made my reservation I mentioned it was my birthday and they had a cupcake with a candle brought out for me! These small touches made such a big difference in creating a wonderful memory that my bf and I really enjoyed.

I mentioned to the owner that I wish they had a small cross charm and she checked the back because she had just recieved a new shipment of charms. She ended up finding the perfect charm that I was looking for! Even if they hadn’t been able to find the cross charm, I just appreciated the extra effort she and her team put into creating my custom necklace.

I’d love to come back again! Thank you to the Pure Boutique team for such an incredible experience.

I love this place! My sister and I have come to make charm necklaces before which we love and most recently made bag charms. The staff is always nice and helpful and it’s such a fun girls activity!! Highly recommend

The atmosphere was absolutely sweet and cute, and the workers there are incredible kind and helpful. Hundreds of charms to choose from and a good handful of necklaces and bracelets to choose from! Snacks and coffee offered too 🥹 it was such a great experience and I would come back again for sure!

Cute store, but the charm bar is a total rip off. $14.00 per charm. When I mapped out my bracelet, it would’ve came up to $160. That’s wild for something that you can’t even wear in water. If charms were stainless steel material, probably make it worth it but for something that will tarnish in less than a year I might as well buy myself a real piece of silver or gold,

I visited the charm bar today and had such a fun, memorable experience! The setup is beautiful and welcoming, and it was so much fun picking out the perfect combination of charms. I really appreciated that all the prices were clearly marked because it made it easy to browse without any surprises. There were simple, easy-to-follow instructions on the tables, and a staff member also did a quick demo, which made the whole process even smoother. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. While the prices are on the higher side, you’re not just paying for the product, you’re paying for the whole experience, and it’s absolutely worth it. I left with something totally unique and a smile on my face. I’ll definitely be back!
