This place is fantastic, if u r vegan! The meals and smoothies are unique and delicious to boot! Every time I'm in Brantford, this is going to be my primary place to eat out!.. And I still feel the same way several years later! 🙂

This is my go to healthy food spot, but the last few months have been disappointing. I know avocado turns brown rather quickly once cut but the quac and dip I got last week was so off putting it was brown mush with mostly tomatoes. I’ve never experienced this before and have ordered many times and its usually great

My main issue is with one of the employees and how they handle food, I was in two different times and noticed very unhygienic practices by this one employee (yes I came back after this first time because I thought I would give them another shot and it’s hard to find healthy spots in brantford)

First experience was this employee grabbing change from the tip jar to make change and then going directly back to the kitchen to prep food, I could see them clearly the whole time.

Second experience, same employee wiped her nose right in the middle of making food. I’m sorry but that is not only gross but unacceptable.

If she can do those things with me standing right there it makes me wonder what practices she does where customers can’t view?

I don’t mind paying higher price for fresh healthy food but I feel it’s gone down hill a bit in terms of quality, quantity, customer service, and safe food handling should be automatic. I don’t like leaving negative reviews and I really hope things turn around because I did really enjoy this spot.

Stellar place for a healthy meal!! They have so many options to build a fantastic bowl (plus the defaults options!) and the ambiance is lovely. Its not just the food that should bring you in- they have organic coffee, and local artisan goods. The staff are welcoming (healthy people are happy people!) and the layout makes you feel like you’re in a home. There are also excellent bakery items that are mostly GF and DF for those with dietary restrictions (me!)
I made a build your own bowl (pictured) and it was amazing. The chicken is excellent.
No reason not to stop here if you’re close by

This place was fantastic. Wonderful flavors. Love the entire concept. Enjoy a healthy meal followed by as healthy treats. Can’t wait to go back. Wish I wasn’t traveling home so soon.

My sister was visiting and ordered an item with chicken, which she paid for. She picked it up and the meal didn't have chicken. She called to explain the situation, had to explain it to two different people, was told the manager was going to call her back. And nobody called her back on it. Very poor customer service. Two stars for decent food but I'd go elsewhere that has capable employees.

I jad the mexican bowl and it was delicious. Flavorful and well presented. I loved it! Service was super friendly and funny, I didn’t wait at all like others have experienced. Try it and see! Vegan options really interesting.

Best place for fresh and delicious food! Their avocado toastie is to DIE for and own their kombucha is Amazing! Amazing service every time! Salted caramel bar to finish and the whole meal was amazing!!! Makes you feel like a million bucks after!
