Yesterday was the worst shopping at this very loved by me second hand store!!!I am very disappointed with how I was treated by the manager !!! I asked if she can changed the prise of shorts I found bcs the pleats were ripped!!! She grab from me the pants and put on the side without any explanation so I asked her i want to buy them ! I asked her if they can be checked and repriced and she said with angry voice they can't be done today, so I said I am here in Brantford just once a month, she ignored me..so I said to the seller ok I take them as they are !!!
Next thing I unpacked my other purchess and found out the sent oil was missing from the box and the price was higher than original from dollar store!! Sending the pics as a proof what I am saying..

I left a one-star review last summer due to pricing and attitudes at this location and I am changing it today (March 6).

There was been a great effort to make the store more user friendly when it comes to organization and outlay. The people here have been working diligently on how they arrange the items here, and it shows as it’s more easy to find what is needed.
Last week I noticed they moved the dresses to the little alcove with the stairs with the ladies undergarments, which was a nice touch, as it was more private.
The workers have also been in a better mood, so I hope it continues.
Prices have been reduced as clothes are around $5. I get a lot nice dresses here, and they have colour tickets that are 50% off.
DVDs are probably too expensive for their availability still, but that’s just nitpicking so other than that the pricing is good for low-income people.
The point system is also pretty solid as it doesn’t take much to get $5 off a purchase.
Glad they’ve taken the criticism and used it to change things for the better 👍🏼

Over priced, pair of jeans $50! a damaged wrestling toy $60.

Aren’t these things donated and isn’t a thrift store for the less unfortunate that can’t afford to buy from a regular retail store..

Manger said these things are saying on eBay for that price .. lol. What a joke.

Great spot to find that special gift for any occasion as they carry a wide selection of house wares, fashionable vintage clothing, games, toys, furniture, glassware, books and a little bit of everything else. Found some great stuff on our first visit including an antique silver bracelet. The staff were friendly and very helpful also.

I had a wonderful experience at Mission Thrift. The organization of the store is outstanding – it’s clear and clutter-free, which makes shopping a breeze. The staff are warm, kind, and very professional, making every visit enjoyable. It’s rare to find such a combination of great service and a welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be back!
