Has to be one of the worst Tim's I e ever been and that sucks since it's the closest to me. It's gone sooo downhill in the last few years

I was dropping off an item to be mended to Lyn's Dry Cleaning 3 days ago (a favorite alteration location!) and the parking lot was rough with pot holes - and I just passed the Plaza and the renovation to the parking lot asphalt has been down! Bravo! 👏

One Of My Favourite Tim Horton’s in Burlington! Everything Is Always Really Fresh , Tasty and Hot. Never Have Had Orders Mixed Up as with a lot A lot Of Other PlacesJust Thinking About Now I Want a Large Steeped Tea, 2 milk and 2 sugar and Ummm… OK a Double Chocolate Donut to Go, Bye Bye And Have a Great Day All!!!👍🩷👍🛫🛫✈️✈️🍩

This is honestly the slowest Tim Hortons around. I think they need to hire more people, or the people in the back need to help the front. 5 people in line 1 employee at the cash taking orders and making coffees and 1 more making sandwiches... no one in line ordered sandwiches. There is NO drive thru. Honestly if you stop by here, expect to be waiting at least 10 minutes. I live in the neighborhood across the street and typically place my order 5-10 minutes before I start walking over, and when I get there it's usually still not ready.
