Great store. Clean and organized efficiently. Definitely will go back for books and other items when needed.

This Indigo is large compared to most which are closer to where we live, so I always make a point of stopping in when I am in the neighbourhood.

There is a bit of construction still in the store but for the most part, the rest of the store was organized and clean. If there was a Starbucks at this location, I didn’t see it… perhaps that is what is still under construction?

I like how the different sections of the store are easily found by locating the large words on the walls.

There are things at this Indigo that I don’t usually see such as gorgeous fluffy towels and bed linens. They always have such interesting home gadgets and decor at this store.

I love this location. I always pay them a visit when I go grocery shopping in the area.

They have a great collection of fashion, books, outdoor décor, outdoor dining, accessories, kids collection, etc.

Starbucks is located at the back of the store and is closed now due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. But previously, you could enjoy your coffee or cold beverage and spend hours in the store surfing through books and buying accessories.

Our 11 year old took a book he got the day before as a gift back because he realized he already had it and Indigo wouldn't return it without a receipt. I understand the policy but everywhere can now return things with the credit card it was purchased on, except for Indigo. The worst part was the service. The lady behind the counter almost seemed to enjoy saying they weren't going to return it to the kid. No empathy & so rude. I'm sure an 11 year isn't trying to rip you off. We'll be buying all our books somewhere else now & I encourage you to do the same.

As you may know, I'm a big fan of Indigo / Chapters / Coles book stores. Each has relitively the same inventory, BUT, they all have different layouts and designs.

What's cool about THIS one is it has a big ol' space in the middle, presumably for a battle arena when book clubs get too heated. #BookFight (heck, i'll get you guys started on the next fight: "Percy Jackson books are repetitive and redundant. They're all 3 stop road trip stories JUST because of the contrivance of Zeus not liking people collecting air miles points or something." Now go at it... IN THE PIT!!!)

Beyind that, great manga and childrens sections (all i really pay attention to for gifts for friends and family) REALLY nice staff (ALL of them! Heather, if you're reading this, these folks need the best year-end Xmas party Indigo can afford!) and yeh... go books!

My kids' favorite place. They can spend hours there. They have all kinds of books for all ages. Atmosphere and associate are always so nice and helpful.

Wonderful store, beautiful enchanting decor. And kind , friendly and helpful staff. It was both spacious and intimate stirring a deep nostalgia I did not know I possessed.

Great store for books and gifts, and Starbucks coffee if you like that.
We often come to this location to pick up our travel books because they seem to have the best selection around.
They have a great selection of gifts as well.
