I wanted to support this store, but my experience has been disappointing. Staff consistently seem more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. Most recently, one employee was openly kissing someone right by the entrance. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this behavior, and honestly, it makes me uncomfortable and unwelcome. It doesn’t reflect well on the business. There are plenty of other cannabis stores nearby with friendlier and more professional staff, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I come here every week and mostly deal with Torrence and Holly, both are knowledgeable, polite, helpful and lovely to deal with. Cannot recommend this store more HIGHLY!

Consistent low stock, never have what i needed. The owner is incredibly rude and not pleasant to speak with, will never return to shop. The store across the street is much better service and consistent product overall.

Don’t let Torrance try and tell you anything. She recommends very old stuff, ignores the flavour profile of what your looking for, will judge you for the picks you make and will try to tell you a product was new when it’s been on the market for over a year. Also refused to let go of her gorilla grip on the product and i wasn’t able to look at the bag myself. Overall terrible experience and will be looking for a new dispensary because of Torrance.

Store is ok, but they should work on their staff members, I walked in at 9:50 pm to the store, and their posted time is 10 pm I been told that they are closed and then they takes another customer who is not from Asia I guess.
