My senior parents are clients of this pharmacy and they are exceptionalyl kind and caring. They deal with their complicated needs and my parents always rave about them. On the occasions that I've had to call to assist my mum they have been very helpful.

Droped by with my mum Kath and she was treated like royalty. Anita was heading for her break but too time to explain the dosette service. Thanks to Mary who printed out her Rx records for me.

The staff always go above and beyond and I am so happy that mum and gord have found such kind caring people.

After leaving Shoppers in west Brant (my usual pharmacy) because of being told it would be an hr to an hr and a half wait to fill a 4 pill prescription, I walled into Avenue Pharmacy and the amazing ladies (all with smiles on their faces and super friendly and helpful) had my prescription and my 2 benefit cards entered into the system and my prescription ready in less than 10 minutes all while serving other customers (most of who they knew by name). By far the best pharmacy I have been to and the only one me and my family will be going to from now on.

After using other pharmacy's that messed up my son's medications, I started using this pharmacy. How can a pharmacy be this helpful and this friendly and this caring? They never make me feel "weird" or "annoying" or that I'm taking up too much of their time when I'm being little chatty Cathy. Everyone can be "weird" at times and I certainly have my share especially when I am not feeling well. They are very compassionate and I will never go anywhere else. Fast and friendly service and they will also deliver. (Fantastic option if you feel too ill to wait for them to fill your prescription). They will also pay for parking if the doctors patients are taking up the pharmacy spots in the parking lot. Love this pharmacy.

This the nicest Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The provide amazing care, helping customers with problems they encounter, and research and flag medication conflicts (even herbal remedies if you take them). Can’t say enough about all they’ve done for... but what I am sure of is how safe I feel in there hands.

The people working here are very nice, the place is clean and the pharmacy staff treat me like a person and not like a potential drug abuser that tends to happen with the type of medication I have had to take over the many years I have been a customer and patient of this pharmacy. The medications that have to be put on back order are not due to the pharmacy, so this review only focuses on the staff and their professional conduct.
