I went to pay my taxes and was assisted by a very helpful clerk. She suggested a monthly payment option and signed me up. She was so pleasant and easy to deal with!!! In our conversation, she shared that retirement was in the coming months and was very excited about it. Enjoy your retirement!!! This quality of customer service will surely be missed by the City of Clarence-Rockland.

I take pride in telling people how amazing the customer service is in our city, but what is so disheartening that the worst customer service is actually at our city hall! We rented out the community hall for an event. Since then I have called them back 3 to 4 times requesting to go back for an item check that I think I might have forgotten there. The lady was so rude with me over the phone, promised me someone would go there do a check for me and call me. No one called, I called back to get an update and same fake promise then she stopped picking up my call. Also, whenever I did call, she was so unprofessional. I explained who I was and her response to me was "so?" Or "what is it?" Or "and?"

I even requested to speak with the supervisor, who also didn't pick up my call. I left a voice message and no call back. It's been over two weeks! Surely, if I did forget something there, it's gone by now. I'm so disappointed with their lack of care and rude customer service.
