Had my eye exam cancelled last minute because the doctor was sick, which I totally understand but they didn’t make any effort to fit me in the same week, the week after, or after that. I have to wait over a month to get in to see her. I’m in a rush to get new glasses as mine are very worn out and scratched up. Some of your receptionists are very unpleasant and uncomfortable to speak to. I understand people have bad days or whatever but this is every time. The woman I spoke to on the phone to rebook my exam acted as if she fell out of the sky. When she called me to remind me of my exam, she didn’t tell me who she was or when my exam was or even ask if she was speaking to me. It was “are you coming to your appointment Monday” if it wasn’t a 372 number, I wouldn’t have known who was even calling me. Now I’ll be taking my business to the place in the mall, who can fit me in next week.

I just had my eye exam and it went really well. The Doctor was friendly and very professional and really put my mind at ease. The entire staff was a pleasure to deal with. I ordered my new glasses that will be ready in about a week. I highly recommend Northumberland Optometry center for all your vision needs. If you can, get your flu shot or Booster and let's protect each other!!! 🇨🇦 🍁

Tina was very personable and helpful. She took the time to help me pick out frames while juggling other clients. I preferred how she gave honest opinions (without being rude) about how the glasses looked on me. I was able to find the right pair without feeling pushed into a certain style or price range. The optometrist was nice and knowledgeable.

Such a great experience. Had my eyes checked and the optometrist was fantastic. She was very helpful and personable. Looked at frames and asked questions. Very nice lady helped me. The receptionist is so nice on the phone and in person.
This is how a business should be run. Not pushy with sales at all.

Dr Ghor and his staff have proved personable and professional every visit. They recently helped me out with eye issues and I received prompt and better than expected outcome...thank you !!
