My family and I have attended the Stapleton auction house for the past 25+ years. I am saddened by the fact that they have gone online only for the reason of the family atmosphere they provided and the entertainment of Frank and Stevens' skills as auctioneers. Thank you guys for the years of Fun, Family and Entertainment. And yes I get the switch to on line, but I don't have to like it! 🙂

Stapleton's auction at the present time is only doing online sales. But they do excellent pictures and presentation. They are very easy to deal with when it comes to pick up and payments skip. Definitely a plus plus on a place to buy things from. Also an excellent place to consign your goods if you want to sell them. They usually get top dollar for the goods.

My family has had a terrible experience here after being loyal customers for over 30 years! After being shouted at, sworn at, mistreated and outright disrespected we will never again support this business. This is a family business with obviously very little family values. I am disgusted that this is the type of customer service to expect in our small town that is otherwise full of friendly and respectable people.
