Came in scrambling with a tire blowout, and what an absolute treat. They’re the most lovely family owned business. They were so hospitable while we waited for our new tire. Fingers crossed our next blow out happens in their hood so we can pop in and say hello again 😉!

The team at High Gear Auto Repair were great! I had a issue driving down the highway and needed immediate service. This was the first place I found off the highway and I really lucked out. They pulled out all the stops to get the parts in and get me on my way before they closed up shop for the day. Was really impressed. Friendly team as well and pricing was very reasonable.

We had really an emergency while on our way to Strathroy-Caradoc and We have to get nearest to an auto shop and we went to this place and They were about to close and they helped at the last moment in fixing the engine cover mount which goes under the cars body. awesome service and charged us nothing eve though they have to spend about 10 minutes. Such a great service.

Chris and the crew at fantastic. The quality, customer service and work ethic are exceptional. You won't find a better place to get tires, service, or undercoat for your vehicle. These guys are honest and reasonably priced, and that is hard to find in a mechanic shop these days. You won't be disappointed.

Back in March I dropped my Dodge Ecodiesel to have the guys investigate an error code that the dealership was unable to resolve(for almost two years). Matt did his troubleshooting and was able to resolve the issue quickly and cost effectively!!
It’s been a few months now and the truck is still working great!

Went there for an oil undercoat. Giving them some stars because they did get us in quick and were very accommodating that way and they did a good job on it... HOWEVER... beware as they did try to also swindle me on breaks. I am not sure if it was because I was female or because I have a nice car and they assumed I have money (which I do not as my car was an inheritance). When they called to tell me my car was ready they told me my breaks were 10% away from needing to be replaced. When I asked how much pads would be they told me I needed to get rotars as well. Feeling like I was about to get scammed I took my car to my uncle who is a mechanic back in my home town (almost 2 hour drive away). When he looked them over he said my back breaks were perfectly fine. My front breaks were "alright" but the inside of the rotars were rusted and causing the front pads to grind quicker so we did replace those and the pads in the front because it was quite the drive to get to him. But he said they were most certainly not 10% away from being done and it could have probably lasted me the winter. So they stretched the truth in hopes of getting some extra money out of me which was not appreciated especially right before Christmas.

Meagan was such a sweetheart! My best friend and I where on a roadtrip and we had a mishap with our car we made it to their shop, she gave us many options to help us during tough times. The topper was definitely having Otto there to calm our mixed emotions during this rough time. When in Canada and need your car fixed or checked out visit High Gears !
