I’ve adopted two kittens at different times from this phenomenal organization, and both experiences were absolutely wonderful. Sarah and Nancy are incredibly caring and helpful—they guide you through every step of the adoption process with kindness and dedication. I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing rescue, 1000%!

I’m very disappointed by not have gotten a response from this shelter. We responded to their appeal on Facebook for donations. We donated a good amount. Then I deceived I would drive from a different town to volunteer helping poor animals. I left two !! messages one week apart and haven’t heard from anyone. I don’t think we will donate there, where people who want to help, are not even being appreciated!!
Very disrespectful and inappropriate conduct on behalf of the staff!

Horrible experience!
No one answered their phone...sent texts...were told someone would call ASAP...waited 2 days...no response...went elsewhere.
If they treat new pet parents this way, how do they treat their kittens?

We recently adopted a kitten through them with petsmart at an adoption event and we couldn't be happier! Our little kitty is super cute and healthy and friendly and exactly what we wanted! The event was simple and they answered any questions we had, it was a super easy process! You can tell the foster families really care for the kittens properly!

I adopted 2 siblings one year ago from napanee kitten rescue at Pet Smart Kingston . I have been trying for one year to get vet records from them to no avail. Pretty disgusted with continuous excuses. I need their vet record.

This is I think the third time someone has left their cats in the cold or a kitten . This lady is always been amazing!! I recommend this place to anyone not only for help but to also adopt a beautiful little friend .

These rescuers are true Angels What they go through and experience is something we can't even imagine. The sweat, the tears, the horror. And most times victory. Love you all.
