Won auction Lot and . Paid. Time Art Auction will not ship my item. Allege they were "hacked". They are lying! They are stealing and cannot be trusted. Never Use Time Art!

Credit cards offer protection to bidders and should be embraced by legitimate business owners. You advertise you take credit cards at auction. I called you directly and was told your credit card machine is "down" and you need cash payment. Bait and switch is not fair. It's plausible after being told on the phone your credit card machine is down to work with you via email to get alternative payment option. Your alleged email hacking should not be the customers problem. I am happy to split the loss with you and pay half if the loss. However I'm not willing to pay full amount twice. I've paid $1000 and cannot be reimbursed. I should've have to pay you any more, but I'm willing to pay half and meet you in the middle. If you truly were hacked you will understand customer position and meet me half way.

Other than being friendly this auction house will not pay you for items they sold. They make many excuses as to why they can’t. It’s been months since we have been paid. Were they just friendly to get our business? I don’t know but I would not trust them to sell your treasured items. Seller beware.

This is one of those auctions houses that does not disclose a reserve amount. Why start bidding at $500 when you won't accept a bid under $1100?
Be transparent. I purchase from at least 20 different auction houses across Canada and the US and I will never consider this auction house again after having wasted my time sitting through this past auction.

Still waiting on payment of sold items over 10k after many, many months. They still have other items of ours as well. I have been given many excuses but no payment, not even a portion. It’s unfortunate that a company can do this.
