Where do I ever begin with this establishment? The owner's name is Mark Grest and honestly a genuine individual. 3 months ago I was in the market for a new car. I was lucky enough to find that he had a rare Hikari edition STI for those who know. This story is quite long so I won't get into all the specifics but pretty much I had the car for 36 hrs and blew the motor. Without any hesitation Mark took the car back and got me a new motor for this beautiful boxer engine. He could have easily turned his back on me and told me to beat it but that wasn't the case. Even in the short term he gave me a loaner vehicle which he did not have to do but did and that helped me a lot so I could continue to go to work. If you are in the neighborhood of a newer used vehicle this is the place I would be shopping at point blank period.

Modena fine cars is the place to buy your next vehicle, long story short ( Not so short ) we had our car totaled in an accident and were looking to buy a new vehicle...we came across Modena fine cars through a google search and saw a car my wife loved and it had all the check mark crossed on her list, we are from Ottawa but were determined to get that vehicle so we took the plunge and called Mark to make an appointment to view the car. We drove all the way from Ottawa and met up with Mark and needless to say that Mark from the very beginning made us feel like family and accommodated us on everything, he met us at his showroom and basically made everything for us painless from the test-drive to letting us know everything about the car and all the services done to it to signing the contract.

We noticed few blemishes on the car but Mark made sure that everything would be fixed/looked after and reassure us that the car will look brand new when we would come back to pick it up...I can assure everyone that not only was the car was spotless but everything that we had on the list to be look after was not only looked after but Mark went above and beyond, he went the extra mile to make sure that if any services on the car that was coming up that he would service it for us to give us a peace of mind.

Finally at pick up he made sure that we would get a ride back to his showroom ( from Pickering ) as we accumulated extra expenses ( unrelated to the purchase ) that we did not expected and Mark without blinking said to me ( Don't worry I will take care of it and will get you an Uber to my showroom on my account ), This is how dedicated Mark is to his customers...I would give him 10 stars rating if i could.

We will definitely deal with Mark in the future and recommend him to all our friends and family from the Toronto area all the way to Ottawa.
