Vanaf het moment dat ik mijn voet in de showroom zette, wist ik meteen: dit wordt een ervaring van topklasse. Alles werd van begin tot einde tiptop geregeld. Ik werd hartelijk ontvangen door het hele team, kreeg een drankje aangeboden, en kon even rustig zitten in de mooie loungehoek. Zelfs toen ik even naar het toilet moest, werd ik vriendelijk verder geholpen. Elke stap voelde attent en professioneel aan.

Wat mij vooral opviel, was de gemoedelijke maar tegelijk uiterst georganiseerde sfeer. Ik gaf aan dat ik graag een paar wagens wilde testen, en dat was absoluut geen enkel probleem. Zonder aarzeling haalden ze meerdere auto’s voor mij uit, en zonder zucht of haast werden ze nadien ook allemaal netjes terug op hun plaats gezet. Ik voelde mij als klant echt welkom. Er werd geluisterd naar wat ik zocht, en ik kreeg oprechte hulp bij het kiezen van de juiste wagen, zonder druk of opdringerigheid.

Ook het financiële gedeelte werd efficiënt en transparant geregeld. Alles werd helder uitgelegd, ik had het gevoel dat ik mee aan het stuur zat van elke beslissing.

En dan, alsof dat nog niet genoeg was: de service ging nog een stap verder. De auto die ik kocht, werd aan huis geleverd, netjes en op tijd. En tot mijn grote verrassing zaten er ook nog een paar extra’s in de wagen die ik niet had verwacht, kleine dingen, maar met een groot effect. Het zijn die details die het verschil maken.

Kortom: wie op zoek is naar een betrouwbare, klantgerichte en warme autodealer in Canada, moet hier absoluut zijn. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden! Dit is hoe autokopen hoort te voelen.

This was my first time searching and financing a car from a dealership and Mohammad went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible! He did not pressure me into making a decision right away, and made the entire process smooth and simple. I had various questions for Mohammad and he answered them perfectly. There was a cosmetic flaw with the screen inside the car I was looking at and since Mohamed knew I wasn’t 100% happy with the look of it he went ahead and fixed the screen free of cost! This just goes to show you how much Mohammad truly cares about his customers and their happiness.
