Terrible Experience – Avoid This Auction Site

I had a very disappointing experience with this online auction platform. First of all, the item I won was completely different from the description. It was advertised as "like new," but what I received looked used and heavily worn. To make things worse, the seller never responded to my messages, and the site's customer support was useless. I waited days just to get a copy-paste reply saying they were "investigating" – and then nothing.

The bidding process also felt shady. Prices jumped randomly at the last second, and I suspect there may be bots or fake bids involved to drive up prices unfairly. There’s no transparency at all.

To top it off, they charged hidden fees that weren’t clearly mentioned during checkout. Shipping took forever, and they don’t even offer refunds unless you go through a long, frustrating dispute process that feels stacked against buyers.

This site does not protect its users, and there is zero accountability. I will never use this auction platform again, and I strongly recommend others stay away unless you want to waste your money and time.

This wax My third time at this auction and i had a fantastic experience! . The owner was incredibly welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. The staff were also wonderful—professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They made the whole process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again and recommending this place to others.

Purchased a defective item that the owner clearly knew had a charging port issue, had to drive across town for a refund only to receive a partial refund unlike every other auction house that provides a full refund, here's the kicker instead of a refund was charged again and it took 2 days for the owner to email transfer me my money back minus the buyers premium charges when he should have returned that too, noticed he relisted the dewalt walkies as good condition when it clearly is not, there was no care in listing the condition and igor also did not provide a full refund as other auction places provide. This was my first and last time at this auction I informed igor if he did refund me 100% back as every auction house does I would consider purchasing in the future however he did not and kept partial funds not to mention charging me twice and having me constantly reach out to him for a refund on a defective item he didn't properly list the condition of would absolutely not be purchasing from this place again.
