The Alyssa belt is a very nice looking belt. I purchased it upon the recommendation of Alyssa Beltempo and was very excited to support a small company with sustainable fashion. Unfortunately, the leather warped and bent after just a few times of wearing it. Compared to a more vintage Brave belt, this new leather quality was very disappointing. Customer service did not answer my inquiry about it and if the leather could be changed. Honestly, I expected it to be of the same quality as my other Brave belt. It’s not even close.

Lifetime warranty is a lie, I sent my belt for broken buckle. after they received it they asked me to buy the hardware that was broken and to pay another shipping to have it back. I refused and they sent me back my belt without applying the warranty. Waste of time and money.

EDIT: I sent you a photo of the belt before your buckle broke. Your brand in ENGRAVED in the leather. You asked me to pay when you reveived my belt. Stop telling you applied the warranty. Scammers. Guess what there's 2 words hidden in LIFETIME 😂
