I’ve been shopping at this local gem for 20 years now, and I think it’s important to share a more complete picture of the experience. Yes, this store is a small, family-owned business run by wonderful, hardworking immigrants. They may not be fluent in English, but their kindness and helpfulness are always evident. The owners are genuinely dedicated to their customers.

I understand that the phone etiquette could be improved, as sometimes it’s a little more informal than what you might expect. But let’s not forget, this is a small business, and they’re doing their best to serve the community. What they may lack in formalities, they more than make up for in sincerity and a willingness to help.

When we talk about supporting Canadian businesses and small stores, it’s places like this that really need our support. They’re not just selling products, they’re part of the fabric of our local community. So, while there might be some minor things to tweak, I’ll continue to shop here and recommend it to others who want to support a kind, family-run business.

This place has a surpriseing amount of not commanly carried dollar store items. Such as name brand cleaning suppleis, pots and pans that could stock your whole kitchen, cloths and even name brand batterys. There is a large selection to choose from here and i defantly will come back again. Located in the small jane sheppard mall this place is a hidden jewel to get good prices on stuff.

Don't understand staff that answer the phones hello only not buckaroo, then he sits there a complete blank and I have to say it again is this buckaroo, doesn't say may I help you or anything. Finally ask if they carry a certain product, no. Learn some phone etiquette

This dollar store is a hidden gem. They always have new stock, and they are always overstocked. I needed moving boxes once and without hesitation they were able to help. I didn't even purchase anything! Just to give you an idea of the customer service you're dealing with. Keep it up!
