Recently purchased a 22 Honda CRV from Lecos.
Honestly, would say it was a great experience. (Buying a car can be brutally stressful at best.)
Phil was attentive, pleasant and openly honest about the few bugs that had to be addressed about the car.
Once those had been fixed and I had bought the vehicle, I noticed a faulty locking on the rear passenger side a couple of days later.
I called Lecos (Phil) and he immediately got me in, and introduced me to Wayne his ace mechanic.
Wayne went at it like a ninja and immediately fixed the problem with an authentic Honda part, and also repaired a small stone chip in my window. (No charge) Fast AND efficient.
Don't let the high end, sweet rides, (Ferraris, Bentleys, Lamborghinis ,etc.) hanging around the dealership put you off, I really got the impression that Phil and his staff treat all with the same level of courtesy and integrity.

I had a terrible experience with Lecos Auto and would not recommend them to anyone. I purchased a vehicle and, due to a misunderstanding with payment scheduling, the car was repossessed—even after I sent the payments and was willing to cover the repo fees. Instead of releasing the vehicle, the owner demanded an additional $6,000 that was never part of the original agreement, despite my $7,000 down payment already made.

This feels like dishonest and manipulative business practice. I've missed work, suffered unnecessary stress, and received no proper explanation. Beware of doing business here—once they have your money, the customer service disappears.

Someone was selling used winter tires on marketplace and gave me this dealers address as a pick up location. I paid $800 for the tires and picked up. My mechanic installed the tires and one of the tires had a punctured on the sidewall which is not fixible.
The seller claims it’s my fault. Yes, it’s my fault to trust you people!

Excellent experience overall! I purchased my used car (2012 Fiat 500 Abarth) from Lecos Auto on November 7th, 2024. I arrived and was greeted by the Owner (Phil), right away I felt a good connection with him because he was happy to acknowledge me and offer his help in any way and allowed me to roam freely without any sales pressure at all. I knew exactly which car I wanted to see and right away I was taken to her in the Showroom and there she was sitting so pretty 🙂 I had to walk past the BEAUTIFUL brand new Bentley's and Ferrari's and Lambos to get to my car, but once I arrived I was allowed to freely play around and start her up and took her for a test drive within 5mins of arrival. No BS. Test Drive went smooth and I was ready to start the negotiation (fearful of course because I hate to haggle for the lowest price) Phil reassured me throughout the process that if I had any issues at all he would "take care of me". Which of course I thought was just a sales pitch, and i am glad to report that it was not just a sales pitch at all. These guys came through for me already when I was experiencing an issue with a Modification that the previous vehicle owner installed on the vehicle. I returned to the Shop on November 25, 2024 and right away my car was services, we removed the Modification the previous owner had installed and I was on my way home FREE of charge. This is the type of service I truly appreciate. Phil greeted me again right away and told me once again he's going to "take care" of anything I need I can guarantee now that he is keeping his word on this commitment. This is my experience so far. I waited to write this review until I had to go back for any servicing just to confirm what my experience would be and they did not disappoint. The Mechanics are cool to talk to and are extremely knowledgeable about servicing my car. Sophie was who I negotiated with and she was very pleasant and straight forward to talk to. You can freely negotiate terms to your liking if you please. I was happy with my price and overall little perks they included. I took my time to investigate the Lubrico Warranty and decided it was best for me to get this. This was my decision, you may not want that. Overall my experience was 5 stars and I would recommend them to my friends and family, especially if Phil is there to give the experience and reassurances that you will be taken care of if the car breaks down. Leased a vehicle from here a few years ago because I didn’t have good credit but they approve you anyways. They towed my car and tried to extort me to get it back. They have gps on their leased vehicles. Beware

I've purchased more than 50 vehicles in my 73 years, ranging, as you might expect, from good experiences to nightmares. I jumped off the deep end as a 73 year old survivor of open heart surgery and most recently a stroke. Purchased the car (a 2001 Porsche 911) I always wanted from Lecos. I knew going in that there might be some issues (the thing about the 911 is that an owner wants perfection) and this car came very close at an astonishingly fair price. There were a couple of non-major issues that this dealership handled without any drama or nonsense. Best car purchase I ever made, hands down, made mostly by Theo and his father (and their talented mechanic). Integrity, care, and expertise to back up their warranty. Recommend without reservation.
