Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. The car has had nothing but issues since I bought it. I had to send it back within the first 2 days of receiving it for 3 issues. 2 were major. The car had died on me in the middle of a busy road. Less than a month later there were more issues with the vehicle. I have tried to get a hold of them since October and they still have yet to fix the vehicle or even acknowledge my phone calls. I sure hope they've at least made a few customers happy. I tried to reach out to get an accurate address to have the car towed and they have given me 2 addresses. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Since they have moved i can not access their phone number I was given which is the same as the online number. It rings and will eventually click then ring a few more times before an answering machine comes on to tell you that the number is no longer accessible I have tried multiple times since before Christmas.

The only problem so far that I have with key Auto is that you can't get through to anyone. Always goes to voicemail and the voicemail is always full. Very poor customer service. Do better people.

Hello Nadine. I am very very blessed to have a best friend because she was there when I was very deep stressful for 6 years as I have been ripped off three times and made my credit all messed up .she was ther listening my problems and now she was successful taking my stress out of me and gave me a full chance to fix the credit and am shocked I got a new dodge II grand caravan and made me so happy and loved it driving it and it also saved lot of gas too.
