My partner and I purchased a 2018 Audi A5 from Medallion Motors. We could not be happier with the entire experience. Bilal and Abrahim are the utmost gentlemen. They treated us with great kindness, care and respect. This made our decision very easy. The car is super clean and perfect. Medallion motors carries a great deal of vehicle options . I purchased my vehicle ( Porsche) at this location , It’s turned out to be a great vehicle, very happy . The two gents running this dealership are none other than professionals and down to earth type people ,honest most of all. They impose a great deal of honesty and respect. As an accountant who has seen the ins and outs of how businesses operate, I would leave 6 stars if I could. These guys are more than great. Bilal and Ibrahim specifically, assisted me in every step of the way to purchase a vehicle from them and were personable, kind, and 110% respectful. After dealing with other dealerships that were not only shady, but blatantly disrespectful, Bilal and Ibrahim have shown that there are still reputable business owners out there. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for just about any vehicle (their stock is quite extensive) to do business with Medallion as they treat their clients with the utmost respect and provide assistance and assurance throughout the whole process ensuring a seamless, stress-free vehicle purchase.

We had bad experience with this dealership. They offer really good cars for the price higher than market. So, we expected to pay more for a good car and have less issues. They sold us visually remarkable car and right after leaving the dealership the dashboard issue appeared (check engine), as it turned out later it was misfire in sentient cylinder. They refused to fix a problem and justifies that as you should have purchased a warranty. Kinda not their business. I would like to leave here more stars, since they deserve it with great service and good expensive cars, but not today.
I believe it will help you to make your customers more satisfied.
1 star - not satisfied.
