Our first time to travel by Go train, weekend it can offer some discount that better for the round trip. Go train is connected with Via, should be look carefully for the sign.

Small station and the staff was really helpful and clarified all the queries that I had. It was my first train travel in Canada and I really enjoyed it. One concern I had was the train was delayed about an hour and other than that the track and car signs were clearly mentioned. Only one staff was there in the station and the employee was really nice to response to everyone questions.

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Sonia on my VIA Rail journey from Oakville to Windsor on June 17, 2025, (car 3) and I can’t say enough great things about her!

Sonia has such a warm and welcoming personality — she’s genuinely kind, caring, helpful, and brings such positive energy to the experience. It was such a treat to see her again just a few hours later on my return trip home. Her familiar face and cheerful attitude made both legs of my journey feel extra special.

The station is well maintained all the time .

The staff are amazing, information is posted everywhere plus there is washrooms inside .

Tim hortons nearby at 111 cross ave And McDonald’s too .

Plus a big parking lot so if u want to park , there is tons of space.

I just want to say, the gentleman working here this morning (Jan 26) was so kind, patient and helpful. I'm sure he was just doing his job, but I appreciated him walking us through to the platform. Helped cut down the nerves for a first time traveler.
