Denise! What a STAR. Went to soo many dealerships and the customer service that Denise provided was unmatched. She was very knowledgeable, communicated effectively, and very personable. The men in the industry.. barf. Denise, such a girls girl. Got the deal done quick and they have a simple process.

Leaving this anonymous because seven Speed Motors spams or harasses real-name reviewers. I bought a car in 2023 and had issues from day one — horn not working, arm misalignment. They kept the car in the shop for 7–10 days multiple times but didn’t fix anything. I had to rent my own car and still got no real help. After a year, they fixed the horn only after I paid half.

Later, the AC stopped working — the compressor was gone. They kept blaming gas, but I ended up paying over $1,000 to fix it myself. The salesman ignored me for 6 months, then lied about quitting — still works there. Staff is unprofessional, make false promises, and sell faulty cars. Just check the other low reviews — they’re accurate. Avoid this place.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Owner Nasar (Nick) is completely unprofessional and arrogant. Zaid was great until he got my money, then non stop issues for 2 months. Was told they don’t refund due to strict laws in Ontario (which the owner “knows VERY well”) only after I started a claim with MTO and OMVIC is when he changed his tune and returned almost all my money. Would never recommend this place to anyone! Horrible business ethics and customer service. If I had enough space to write what all happened I would. I will say this, brakes all around were supposed to be done, only the front were new, scratches were supposed to be painted prior to pick up, they weren’t and was later told they would get it done only if I paid half the cost, which wasn’t what I was told before I paid outright for the car. Numerous noises, vibration issues and alignment problems were never fixed properly by shops they sent me to (which I might add had absolutely NO clue what they were doing). Shop elsewhere, save yourself the trouble and definitely read the 1 star reviews as they are written by unhappy customers, not jealous competing dealerships as the owner told me.

I recently had a very pleasant experience purchasing a 5-year-old car from this dealership. I worked with Sal Tibran, their Sales Manager, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. We reached an agreement on all terms during our initial meeting, and the deal was finalized within the following week. Thank you, Sal, for your professionalism and assistance.

Regarding the vehicle itself, it was in surprisingly good condition - exceeding expectations for a car of that age. I did note three areas that could be improved: two brake rotors were not in optimal condition, there were two minor software discrepancies in the car's computer, and a small patch was missing from the bumper.

I anticipated the dealership might push back, perhaps, suggesting the car was sold "as-is," that the rotors were acceptable, and that the software issues were minor and didn't affect drivability. However, to their credit, they promptly addressed all my concerns. They completed the necessary repairs and improvements within a couple of days, and on the day of purchase, I received my car exactly as requested. This is wow!!!!!!

I will definitely consider returning to this dealership for my next car purchase.

Most car dealers these days seem to have forgotten how important a buying experience is. Seven Speed has not! They know that buying a car is a very big purchase, their customer service is incredible! Nick and Denise went above and beyond to create a very special experience. My wife bought her first car, a Mini Cooper, and Nick and Denise setup the car with all the gifts I provided and we even played a practical joke on her to. It was great! All their cars are of top quality, there is no question. A quick look in their showroom and you'll understand what I mean. Nick is a great person and is excellent at his job. He was always available to answer any questions and I really wish all dealerships operated like this. Seven Speed Motors is a gem! Our future vehicles will be from them, even if they don't have what you're looking for, it's worth the wait until they do, just to buy from them. We also took the warranty option on our car which is a great warranty and extremely affordable. Thank you Nick and Denise, you made our purchase a memorable one!

I recently purchased a vehicle. During the process the sales man was great as sales they are trained to be, don't let their smiles fool you. When I first looked at the vehicle it looked great and I might not have noticed a few things as I was a bit excited about the car. On the day of pick up they were a bit unorganized and it took a bit longer than I expected. When I finally got my keys I noticed a few things I overlooked and I mentioned it to them which they were more than happy to fix. This is where the problem began. They told me that they would call me during the week to book an appointment. I waited until the next week when I had to call them. Again they told me that they would book me in but one body shop could not do it and they were looking and they would call me. Again no phone calls and I called them on the third week pissed and told not to bother that I would handle it myself. Do not purchase anything from them..go to a real dealership.
