I've been shopping there for years now, at least 10. I love going there, always manage to find something. Great quality and fair prices. I enjoy it much more now that Heather has taken over. She gives better and friendliest customer service. She makes me feel welcome. I get to wear high end fashions at a reasonable cost. I've noticed lately that most of my clothes are from that shop.

I love Heather’s shop. They carry good quality, pre-owned items. I love that I can just pop in on a walk in Bronte or peer in the window when they are closed, to view their awesome displays. I have also consigned there and I have been successful with that too. It’s a fun shop with fun ladies to get to know! Love it!

Hi Heather! I just wanted to thank you again for the excellent shopping experience Pat and I had at your store. I have been a loyal client of yours for years and told my neighbour about you. She insisted we stop by after our grocery shopping. Pat was so impressed with your honesty when we came out of the dressing rooms with our potential new outfits. Amazing experience! Heather is so welcoming when you walk in the door! It is truly like you have walked in to your girlfriends closet! High quality, high end merchandise and you will feel like you have made a new friend! Now I can’t go by without stopping in!

This is an excellent example of terrible customer service. I sent the owner a message on Instagram telling her I was coming today at lunch for a coat they had posted on Social media. As I walked in the store to get it, another woman picked up the coat, the owner looked at her friend and said “Someone is coming for that”, I then explained that the someone was me. The owner then sold the coat to her friend. I gave up my lunch break, drove all the way there, paid for parking to be treated so poorly. What a real lack of integrity. I have shopped at and consigned with this store since they were on Brant Street in Burlington, over a decade of loyalty. To try and cover up for herself the owner, Heather, began telling me a myriad of lies about all the interest they had on Facebook and Instagram regarding that particular coat. I reminded her that I had sent her a message on Instagram and that there were no other comments there, she then told me all the comments had been on Facebook. I checked face book and found the sole comment “beautiful coat”.

Such a cute little store with very helpful staff. There's always new stock to make visiting the store frequently a must. It would be awesome if they posted more items, as teasers, to their Facebook page. I often visit the store based on what I've seen on their Facebook page.
