I’ve been a frequent purchaser at this location, especially for supplies for kids. I can see the staff always working hard in the store, and suggesting any new items as well. I’ve even purchased balloon bouquets from them which were absolutely stunning! Can’t complain here, this is a local gem in our area!

I absolutely love this store and have been coming here for over 12 years. The balloon pricing and quality can’t be beat! Customer service has always been top tier for everyone I know who shops here. Anyone who has experienced otherwise has probably come into the store very rude and entitled 🤷🏼‍♀️

I love to support local businesses but this was not a great experience. The staff are rude and late - opening hours state 9:30 but store was locked didn’t open until 15 minutes after, the lady was late and didn’t bother to apologize to people waiting…some people who waited had left frustrated.

I love to support local businesses and try to stay away from franchises. Over the last 16 years I tried to shop in this store but the owners are not friendly or welcoming, specially when it come to paying with cards the become rude and aggressive explaining how much they charge. Today I was not welling to drive to DOLLARAMA so I decided to go anyway, again she was rude all the way I lost count how many times I did this but I walked out again, ended up paying 50% less at DOLLARAMA and with no card fees. I hate to say it but I do not think this store will last long unless somehow they change their attitude towards customers and understand there is cost to do business.

I was planning to get balloons for my son’s birthday party but their quality is not good. Today I got 7 helium balloons from this location and 4 of them burst. One of them right outside the store inside the car, two upon reaching home and one within 2 hours of reaching home

I have bought so many helium balloons from them but this never happened before

I just dont like they close at 8pm as my labtop said it was close by 8:30 so i saw her close as wasnt running because i thought i had have half a hour. fix your closing time on your website so i went to sobey to buy chocolate. My phone live so it said when it close propeply.

The prices in this store are generally more expensive than Dollarama those kind of chain stores. However it’s closer to me and a younger lady used to provide good service so I sometimes shop here.
But today I bought something here and the male cashier who is on the phone from beginning to end manually keyed in a larger amount on the credit card machine than what shows on cashier screen. I noticed it after my card was approved. But he was still on the phone and I was in a hurry so I had to left at last. It’s only a small amount of difference but I won’t go back to this not honest store and won’t recommend to others.
