Thank you everyone for posting your Google reviews. It definitely makes me leery to shop here. My own experience is replying to one of their Facebook ads asking for more photos. (The description did not match the ad photos) Their reply didn't address all of what was asked and instead came back with a "call this number schedule your test drive this is the final sale price and we will provide safety only after sale". I had asked if the car was smoked in what kind of engine it had and if there were any more photos because the description listed things such as cloth seats but the photos appeared to have leather seats. My best guess is they are using some kind of previous photos or stock photo and won't actually give you details on the specific vehicle. Nobody wants to take the word of a Facebook seller that a CARFAX is clean. The first page of a Carfax might tell you where it was made or if the car has been in a flood but it doesn't detail accidents or the number of sellers. Nobody is going to spend thousands of dollars on a vehicle on a bait and switch. So to the owners if you think this is how to do business with Fadi on on Facebook ads who won't even identify your business in the correspondence, well no wonder you get reviews like this. Once again thank you to everybody who posted a Google review definitely leery of this shady car dealership. The reviews confirm that feeling.

Notice how in the reply they then want to accuse the person leaving reviews that aren't favorable instead of actually addressing the issues. Google reviews stay up and they may not like it, but false the accusing customers and potential customers is not the way to do business. Bringing religion into something doesn't change the business making false accusations. If businesses don't like people leaving negative reviews then don't be bad businesses.

I have owned Dodge Caravans since 1986. Now that I am retired my dream was to get the luxury version minivan: the Chrysler Town & Country. I started researching these minivans for 2 months, so I knew exactly which one I needed to make my dream come true. I highly recommend Absolute Auto, for their very affordable prices thank you for helping me find a car for my wife she feels very comfortable driving the Acura. The mechanic shop on site has been a saviour for our other cars at home, Raff and his team are very honest regarding what does and does not need fixing, the mechanics are also very affordable compared to others in our area and I never have to wait long whether for an oil change or brake replacement.

I bought my newly imported Subaru Legacy Wagon here and my experience was awesome. Fadi was super helpful, and I received no pressure or sales tactics. The car was inspected after arrival from Japan and a few minor things were fixed immediately, using OEM parts they had shipped from Japan. Make sure you check ALL of the pages of the Carfax report they show/give before you buy. I only realized after I bought a car from them that some pages were missing (dates and KM didn't line up), but didn't think too much about it at the time, because they 'seemed' so nice and believed I could trust them😒 I also was in a rush to get a car and to start job hunting and should have paid more attention to the CarFax. It was only when I decided it was time to sell the car and got myself a full report from EpicVin that I discovered they removed a number of the CarFax pages, such as the page showing the number of previous owners (would NOT have bought the car if I knew this). AND they also cut and pasted some information, i.e. the car is from the US, but their CarFax shows 'No US history found', VERY dishonest tactic to get a sale!!!
Lesson learned before I ever buy from another dealership.

I guess you better look at what your colleague was doing. When he gave me the report I have now I even asked him 'weren't there more pages?, he said that's all there is. As you can see there is absolutely no signature on it, and some false information, he had me sign the copy with more pages and then took it away and then came back gave me this one. For all I know the first CarFax may have had false information also, so I always look for two things, the # of accidents, the number of owners and and how many times it was serviced and the report you showed me before I bought the car was different.

The worst is, look at the kilometers on there!

I can't afford to run CarFax report, and I don't trust the information on the 8 page CarFax report you had me sign. The only way I would believe what you're saying is to come there in person, you pay for it, submit and print it out for me to review while I watch.
