I brought in a piece for repair and was told it would take approximately one week. After waiting a full week, I called to follow up and was told the delay was due to an issue with their headquarters. In the end, it took three weeks to get my item back TRIPLE the original estimate.
There was a clear lack of transparency, had I known it would take that long, I would have gone elsewhere. On top of that, I found the staff to be judgmental, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant.

Rude staff, misleading policies – avoid this store

My mom bought a ring during a no-tax promo. When she went to return it within two weeks, they refused, saying no returns were allowed since it was purchased without tax. She simply asked for a refund of what she paid, to which they said they had to check with head office. Later, they called back saying returns must have been done within 7 days — something that was never mentioned at the time of purchase. Staff were rude and dismissive the whole time. Terrible customer service and shady return policies. Avoid at all cost.

Bought a ring that was supposed to be a diamond ring,with white gold.3 months later à diamond was missing,went to store manager at first wanted to charge me then decided to fix for free.was happy waiting for 2 weeks.looks amazing.about 2 weeks later im missing a diamond on thering.went to another jewelry store and got it checked it’s not diamonds and it’s moisonite and silver. Plus 2 clasp to fix on top of that Dont buy from them I paid $700. Never again

I’ve never shopped here but a security guard made offensive noises at my toddler just as we walked by, making fun of her. Some education on how to behave in public and how to treat people with respect may be needed for the employees here. I will never give them my business now after this man harassed my toddler!

I am giving 5 stars to the manager of the store. She went above and beyond to help and me resolve everything. Big thank you to her.
But some of the other staff need to stop being so rude and fix their attitude.

It's months later and the ring is worn down, stones won't even sparkle anymore. Honestly feel like I got ripped off

I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought a gold chain here and it snapped off my neck just sitting on the couch after a month. They would not refund it and they are charging me to fix it. The snobbish lady was rude and snorting like a pig when I tried talking to her. Watch out for the cheap quality jewelry from this store.
