I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate D.A.N.N.A.K.A. for the outstanding service she provided. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect gift for my mother. Her customer service is truly one of the best I’ve experienced — kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. If more people in customer service were like her, the world would be a better place! Was able to find a flattering bathing suit for smaller ribcage/large bust!

I really struggle with bathing suits as a 34K, especially ones that allow me to swim comfortably while still being flattering. It's been years of searching and never finding something quite right.

I've been swimming more lately and had seen a couple suits on the website that looked like they had potential, so I went in person to see if they would work. Claudia was able to find me the option I saw online, and when it wasn't the right fit, she listened and was able to bring lots of different options until we found one that worked! I got a great bikini top and the CUTEST swim skort 🎉

Claudia did a great job at balancing other customers while making sure she checked in. She really knew the selection in store, and I ended up the happiest I've been in years with a bathing suit!

Great experience, would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for swimwear/undergarments! 🙂

Great first experience at this mall! I came here for the first time, looking for pyjamas for my mom’s birthday, and I had an amazing experience. A sweet young Asian employee helped me find the right sizes. She was so accommodating and noticed I was a bit anxious, offering assistance without hesitation. Even though I was messing up the organization of the store, she had no problem helping me out! I’ve had a lot of encounters with pushy or rude employees in different stores, but this time was completely different.

Also, the buy 1, get 2 free sale was a fantastic deal! I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Oshawa! :))

I had the worst customer service experience at this store specially on Christmas Eve. I had to buy a last minute pj set for my daughter as Christmas gift . I tried to enter the store at 4:53 pm and the closing time of the store was 5:00 pm. Before entering, I beforehand apologized to the store lady who was standing at the door for being just in time before store closing. The lady was appearing to be in her 50s so I wanted to be humble and polite to her. She looked at me with anger and passed a sarcastic comment that “ Make it quick , you have 4 minutes and I need 3 minutes to close my store. I also have to celebrate Christmas with my family”. I apologized to her again and said that if it’s of any trouble, I can leave now and I didnot mean to upset her on Christmas Eve. She ignored me by turning her face on the other side with anger and shoo-ed me to go inside. I made it quick and when I went to billing station at 5:00 pm exactly and asked for the price of the item , the cashier lady said , it is what is mentioned on the item. She was also looking upset with me because I was a last minute shopper.i bought the item at full price. She didn’t even tell me that I can buy the same item at 2 for 1 offer which I checked later online .During my shopping the lady at the gate was constantly reminding me for my time. Even there were other white customers in the store and these two ladies were so nice to them and wished them merry Christmas as well before they left but somehow I felt that they had some problem with me and did it even say “thank you” and “good night “. I was so happy and excited before I entered their store and this experience completely ruined my Christmas Eve.

Went there today. Staff were all pleasant except for what I assume is the manager. Absolutely rude! My sister had tried on a bathing suit and was looking at others when the manager, who should not comment on anyone's size, asked my sister if she needed a bigger size and directed her to the plus size section. Completely unasked and unwanted help, especially since the bathing suit fit my sister just fine. Completely unprofessional and surprised she has a job where she has to deal with customers. O out of 5 stars
