My partner and I are going on vacation in two weeks and desperately needed some new swimwear. We had a great experience with Cindy and Karin helping us out. They wouldn't give up on us until they found that perfect swimwear paring.
I'm certain that we bought more suits than we needed however they made the dreaded swimwear purchase experience very fun. Made us feel very comfortable and gave honest options on how the products looked on us. Which we appreciated. Knowing they are not just trying to sell products, but working their butts off to make us feel happy and satisfied about how we looked. Because of their professionalism and excellent customer service, we will be back again.

COMPLAINT ... IGNORANCE IN PREGNANT BODY WEIGHT REMARK ... BODY SHAMING INSIGNIFICANT WEIGHT GAIN...

I WAS a loyal customer and after today I feel terrible and no longer want to be a customer of your store.

Today, I visited my FAVOURITE location, saw my FAVOURITE employee and
this individual who is normally about body shape empowerment made me feel lousy about my weight gain thus far in my pregnancy.
Her remarks had me defending myself and now that I am home feeling that I have already been failing my unborn child.

Yes, I am a smaller framed lady. Yes, I am use the ignorant remark of "not looking pregnant or where?"
In my conversion, I shared I was over 6.5 months pregnant and already 15 pounds heavier than when I had my son.
Her response was she could gain that weight by looking at food through the glass pain of a restaurant.
Not to mention chuckling with her coworker thinking it was no big deal, and getting her to agree about my insignificant weight gain.

I shouldn't have to start defending my weight gain or the fact that I am over 30% heavier than my starting weight.
I feel absolutely lousy and no longer want my purchase. I want to make a return and not return to ANY of your stores.
Why would I want to wear garments that a reminder of being treated that I am not doing good enough in gaining weight for my pregnancy that I have a medical team stating I am on track and healthy. I didn't have body issues, but telling mothers-to-be that they haven't gained enough weight or don't look pregnant is NOT A COMPLIMENT.

Start training employees that in your customer service or you will lose many more customers I guarantee you other mothers are deeply DEVASTATED by those "harmless" words and phrases. Think of what your saying to others before you share your thoughts because I wish I could shrug off those careless remarks, but unfortunately society hasn't taught others to not act on impulsive IGNORANT REMARKS. They leave mental scars and should not be tolerated.

This location is absolutely amazing!! ALL of the women that work here ALWAYS go above and beyond for my daughter and I. My daughter is close to specialty size bras so very hard to fit but the women here are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Impeccable customer service. This location is the best for all your intimates and bathing suit needs.

I came here to purchase a new bra and some panties. I was treated with so much kindness and respect from the staff. The staff went out of their way to make sure I got all the help I needed while shopping. I had previously been at the Pink store where an employee had make an extremely disgusting and hurtful comment about my body which left my boyfriend and I both shocked and hurt. I immediately left and came looking here. The staff were beyond friendly and completely lifted my mood after I had been treated like that. I 100% recommend shopping here!

All I can say are positive things about this location! Sue, Evie, and Valerie were all extremely helpful and kind. They all went above and beyond to help us with our product requests! There were many great deals on which we were informed about promptly. The level of customer service that we received was beyond expectations, and I am extremely satisfied with the service they provide. As someone who works in customer service I understand what comes with the job, and these ladies showed nothing but a positive attitude. Thank you again ladies!

I love this location, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I was fortunate to have Val help me out today. She made suggestions that I would not have thought of and because of her I bought several suits and cover ups. She was very attentive and gave me confidence to wear suits out of my comfort zone. Thanks for all your help Val I will definitely be back to see you!
