I love Urban Barn for many reasons. It’s a Canadian company, the staff are always friendly and helpful and I find the accents a want for my home. The icing on the cake is they allow well behaved dogs in their stores and that is very important for me as I live quite a distance from any type of shopping and being able to pop in the Urban Barn in the cold or heat with my dog (as I usually travel with one), makes it convenient and safe.

The staff in this store is the absolute best. We have made multiple purchases and could not be happier with the sales people and delivery of our larger pieces. Our furniture was perfect when it arrived. Great experience and highly recommend!!

Had an amazing experience here today, my mum and I popped in because we saw Christmas trees in the windows. We purchased a beautiful ornament and extremely cute hedgehog statue. But the customer service here is soo inviting and welcoming. Pat especially was such a treat, she is so knowledgeable and kind. She asked us questions and told us all about the deals. Overall an 11/10 experience!

Im not sure why anyone would buy elsewhere. Not only is it high design and style at a price that wont break the bank but the quality is also high and it’s Canadian.

Best part of this store though is Pat! She delivers highly personalised customer service that you just can’t get anymore. She is friendly, routinely goes above and beyond and is incredibly knowledgeable. Pat is literally the best! She helped us purchase two sofas and continues to offer exemplary customer service when we’ve returned since. She remembers us by name whenever we’re in browsing. She even helped us with a small repair recently that she didn’t have to do. I can’t speak highly enough of her customer service. It’s people like Pat that keep me coming back to Urban Barn when buying new furniture or decorating. She’s a star!

I really enjoy Urban Barn stores . Yes they have a great selection of furniture but I think they excel in their accessories , Which no one else seems to have. So different and unique items. I love it. Good store with helpful staff.
