Lots of variety of fresh and frozen food and bakery. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They service you very quickly so if there is a lineup it will still go fast. Everything is very high quality and very fresh and tasty

I really love their specialty items during the holidays, like fresh summer sausage wrapped in a Santa casing to their maple crunch chocolates from Waterloo. I tried something new this week that everyone must try. I don’t even like horseradish, but for some reason, the horseradish cheddar caught my eye; the flavour is out of this world. I can put it on anything or just eat it plain. Delicious. Support local and go try it out.

Best butcher shop in this area. We stopped buying half a beef and only buy steaks and hamburger and the occasional roast. They will cut them any width you want and they are the best steaks we have had. Plus I buy the bacon ends and chopped bacon for salads at a great deal.

I'm usually a bit skeptical of frozen BBQ, but Stemmler's Heat & Serve BBQ Pigtails have completely changed my mind! The quality of the meat is outstanding, and the BBQ flavor is spot on – not too sweet, not too spicy, just perfect. They were incredibly easy to prepare, and the result was juicy and fall-off-the-bone tender. These exceeded my expectations by a mile. If you're looking for a delicious and high-quality BBQ option without the fuss, look no further!

No stranger to enjoying delicious meals in restaurants but a complete novice to cooking with red meat, I dropped in unnanounced at a somewhat busy time and asked for tips on making a good bone broth; was fairly quickly directed to one of the resident experts who gave me a couple basic recipes and ideas for using marrow and flank steaks. I bought some of both, took his suggestions to supplement his core advice with a bit of internet browsing for further ideas, and with very little trouble achieved some of the most delicious and I should think healthy results I've ever tasted. The flanks turned out fall-off-the-bone tender, with absolutely fantastic flavour, and a wonderful reduction with almost no waste. The marrow bones are nearly finished now too; the broth's smell and flavour are second to none. Again, minimal effort required. Excellent service. Helpful, solid advice, quality product, quite affordable. Much appreciated!
