Emma is AMAAAAZING!!! Best customer service experience! Emma knows her stuff, is so unbelievably friendly and kind and really showed us the ropes. 11/10 would recommend visiting this location, if you’re thinking about coming—DO IT!! Great service, great product, great merchandising. Loved it!

LOVE, thats what store offers, visited on June 17 2022, in the evening at 9:45, employees on the counter were kind offer support by informing most sold items, Stud 100 Lubricant and incense sticks collection, had a amazing time😊

The worst example of customer service imaginable . I purchased a toy , walked out of the store and checked the website to see they were offering the identical product for $36 less online . I walked back into the store literally less then 60 seconds later to ask about and was told sorry no returns . You guys have lost a customer for life . There are too many alternatives available so there is no need to visit a store who doesn't give a damn about their customers. I tried reaching support and of course that was impossible. You get a bot that tells you the team is unavailable and someone will contact me later . Did anyone ever contact me ? Of course not . Take your money and spend it elsewhere is my recommendation

Such an amazing experience. On urging from Sadie at the St. Catherines store I stopped into the Waterloo branch and I don't have enough god things to say about my experience. Laurie was amazing and so welcoming treating everyone like friends and family. Knowledgeable and friendly. Approachable and caring that the customers have the best possible experience. Facility was immaculate in its cleanliness and everything just set perfectly. Definitely will be returning to this location time and time again. In my opinion this store also deserves a golden award for excellence.
