I could not have been happier with my experience at Bridals Direct. Our timeline from engagement to wedding date was about seven months, so I didn’t have time for the 12-18 month wait for a dress that is typical with conventional bridal salons. Amanda was truly a pleasure to work with. She asked which features I was looking for in a dress, listened attentively, and thoughtfully selected some gowns to try on. My team and I (just myself, my Mum and my MOH) were also free to browse the rack. I ended up trying on something like 10-12 gowns, and I did find my dress there that day. The “winner” was a little outside what I thought I wanted - I thought an A-line or ball gown shape would be most flattering on me, but Amanda recommended a gown that was a form-fitted trumpet shape. Sure enough, it was unbelievably flattering and I felt like a million bucks in it. It was marked down to about half of its retail price, and I felt it was good value for money. Bridals Direct is not the traditional full-price bridal salon experience, so if that’s what you want, it may not be the place for you. But if like me, you have a shorter timeline, want something off the rack, don’t have your heart set on a specific dress, and are open to trying on some things that are maybe a little outside what you initially envisioned, I wholeheartedly recommend Bridals Direct. I recently had the absolute pleasure of visiting Bridals Direct, and I truly cannot say enough about how amazing my experience was and it was all thanks to the incredible Cassie.

Cassie instantly created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making me feel truly special from the very beginning. She was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, answered all of our questions with care, and offered thoughtful suggestions that made the whole process feel effortless and exciting. I never felt rushed or pressured, and her genuine enthusiasm made it clear that she truly loves what she does.

What made my experience even more special was what happened after my appointment. I had also made an appointment at their sister store, Sophie’s Gown Shoppe, and to my delight, Cassie came over to that location as well to continue helping me. Since she already knew my style and preferences, it was like having a personal bridal stylist throughout the day and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better consultant. She went above and beyond, and I felt so cared for the entire time.

I’ve visited three other bridal stores before coming to Bridals Direct and Sophie’s, and I can say without hesitation that this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Cassie made it unforgettable. The boutique also offers a lovely selection of dresses that are reasonably priced compared to other shops I’ve visited, which was a huge plus!

To any future bride, do yourself a favour and book with Cassie at either Bridals Direct or Sophies Gown Shoppe. I will be recommending her and these boutiques to everyone I know. Thank you, Cassie, for your kindness, professionalism, and for making me feel so special during such an important moment.

This is THE place to go for your dress. I had an amazing experience with Amanda. She picked out some dresses for me based on my wants and found me the most beautiful dress. I feel amazing and beautiful in it - in every way. She picked out dresses that accentuated my body in all the right places. The price was incredible for the dress I scored. The service was amazing. Amanda is knowledgeable, kind and makes you feel great throughout the process. There was no pressure to buy the dress, even when I had second thoughts, she accommodated me coming back later in the day to give me time to think about it. Thank goodness I came back, because that dress is perfect. I’d highly recommend this place.

Met Alicia at the Bridal Show that was held at Bingemans earlier this year and she was so kind and helpful with getting my sister and her partner's appointment setup!

My mom, sister and sister's partner and myself received the warmest welcome from Amanda the day of our appointment. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about pulling dresses that spoke to both brides. The dresses she pulled were always within budget and we never felt rushed. She even offered up information about other stores to checkout (since we're in the beginning of this process) if we felt that we needed to shop around which really speaks to her integrity as a consultant.

It's evident that both Amanda and Alicia care about the work they do and their interactions with bride(s) but also the entourage that tags along as well. I really can't say enough good things about them and our experience. I will be recommending them and this store to everyone I know!

Found my wedding dress at Bridals Direct! There was a large selection in my size (18-20) and my problem was that I loved 2 dresses. Amanda was super patient and let me try them on multiple times and call my friends from in the dresses.

The dress was 50% off and had a few small issues that my seamstress was able to address. I had sleeves added for the final look but was so so happy in my dress.

I highly recommend coming here if you're dress shopping. There are lots of great gowns at fantastic prices, I love that appointments are just you and your guests, but the real knock out is the staff! I had such a lovely time trying on dresses and the consultant was able to pull things based on what I had described to her. I never felt rushed or like I had to make a decision right there. Absolutely fantastic service.
