We are so glad to find this shop sells Stonz shoes, perfect for letting our baby try them on. The staff were warm and helpful with sizing, and our little one even found a toy they loved. Such a lovely shopping experience. We’ll definitely be back for more things for our kids.💖

I came into the store looking for some specific items. After I look in the section I originally come In for, I am a random bounce around browser. I understand that this could possibly be a loss prevention red flag as I have been head of loss prevention in retail for many years of my career,I felt I was being followed around. I was being stared down in each aisle I went into. This made me extremely uncomfortable. I also felt that they may have thought I was trying to get my child to "distract" them or something. She has a very bubbly and chatty personality and loves to talk to people. The staff that work at a children's store seems bothered or could have cared less to interact. It made me really not want to buy anything at all. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I will be returning. It's sad since I love to support local businesses but missed opportunities all around.

I was on the hunt for a Fran pancake jellycat and I was searching across Canada for one, everyone had it out of stock, except baby charlotte. I never placed an order so quick! My Francake arrived in less than a week from Ontario to AB in perfect condition. I will definitely be checking their website for hard to find jelly cats 🤭

This review is in regards to an online order. I was skeptical about ordering from a store that I've never heard of, or been to. But Baby Charlotte carries limited/seasonal kyte colours and patterns that you don't find in other stores (usually only core colours). I brought 2 loveys that were on sale. They were packaged and shipped within an hour or so of placing the order. I received them the next day via UPS. Extremely happy with how fast it came, and without any issues 🙂 Thank you.

Their Jellycat selection is top tier! I was surprised to see they carry a lot of niche items that you might not be able to find in other places, perfect for baby showers or the holidays. I was also so happy with the shipping. I ordered online from them and it arrived to my house in less than 36 hours! You can tell they put in a lot of care when packing your order and include little hand written notes. Definitely will be ordering from them again!
