Hong Kong Fashion was amazing to deal with.
I didn’t think my daughter was ever going to find her prom dress.
Not only did she find a dress here, it was 25% off.
Hong Kong Fashion had some different styles that we didn't see in ever other dress shopt, and they were all affordable.
No pressure when trying on either.
We delt with two ladies, and they were both honest, kind, and very friendly.

I needed to have a bridesmaid dress altered. I had to bring along my 3 month old daughter with me, and the owner was so sweet. She held my daughter while I was having it altered.

The dress fit quite large on me before having it fitted but I received the dress back and it looks beautiful! They did a wonderful job.

Between their wonderful customer service, keeping my baby occupied, and the results of my dress; I would highly recommend!

Great service and very affordable! Brought a leather vintage jacket here to get the shoulder pads removed and you can’t even tell the seams were touched! Highly recommend.

I was able to buy a nice top as the dress( beautiful butterfly purple) which I Liked was over my budget. howevrr one thing is sure this place style, Color and variety which i haven’t seen in any big candian store . The lady is really friendly and tries to help you( set up my hair also 🙂 .
She tried to give me some discount ( still over my budget).
But if you really want to buy good clothing and Price is not your concern this place is for you .

My mother-in-law booked an appointment to get her dress altered at this place a few days ago. She changed her mind so I took the appointment instead. I had my sister-in-law buy something for me there a week ago and I needed to exchange it since it was the wrong size. Today, I got there 15 minutes early and I had to wait for the guy to open the store. When I told him that I'm keeping my mother-in-law's appointment and that I needed to exchange something, he didn't want to deal with me. He gave me excuses that he doesn't know how to do the exchange, and I told him that I couldn't come back anymore so I asked him nicely if he could just take the item that I have and give me the right size. I also told him that I was willing to wait for the right person who deals with exchanges but he wouldn't hear any of what I was trying to say. Mind you, we were outside of the store talking and it was so hot today. He didn't want to open the store for me. He told me to book another appointment since "he's not the one who deals with exchanges". He was so rude and told me that he has an appointment, which was so weird because I was the one who has an appointment with him at that time. He couldn't wait to walk away from me and I was still talking to him. So rude. Please do not go here. Save your money or take your business somewhere else.

I went to try on wedding dresses yesterday day and had a very bad experience with the lady that was helping me. When I told her that I was just browsing she automatically became very rude and unprofessional while dealing with me. I managed to try on 2 dresses but they were 1-2 sizes too small and she started telling me repeatedly that I shouldn't be looking for dresses yet and that I need to lose weight and then come back. I didn't plan on losing weight for my wedding because I am a petite person and this lady decided herself that I needed to lose weight. After that she rushed me back into the change room and rushed my family and I out of the store. We all felt very unwelcomed in the store because of this lady and felt that she didn't care to help me because she wouldn't make a sale that day.

I think it's one of the cheapest places to get a garment hemmed. The main woman who runs it is quite friendly and could be a movie star! 😀 Bought a cologne from her years ago that I still have that's still good. When a hem wasn't right on one pair of pants, she re-did it impeccably and with no hesitation or attitude. The lack of an extra star merely consists of whenever you pick your item up, it looks like an unorganized zoo, and due to this, other workers often have trouble locating your pickup; causing for a tad bit of temporary anxiety. I still return because they put pride in their work and are friendly.
