We've been going to Sweet Lou's since they opened. Unfortunately we've now moved out of the country, but Sweet Lou's is still a must-visit every time we are in town visiting family! The cookies are delicious, my husband LOVES Lou's milkshakes, and the service is great! We can't recommend enough!

We came all the way from Oakville, Ontario after a friend recommended this place and it did not disappoint! We tried the cookies and absolutely loved them. Highly recommend!

Not sure if he was the owner, but the gentleman helping us was incredibly kind, generous, and welcoming. You can tell he truly cares about every customer. We felt right at home absolutely love him! Will definitely be back.

Everything was great. To get started I got half a dozen of cookies and I came with my two friends, every flavour was incredible, the texture of the cookie is perfect soft from the inside and nice and crispy from the outside the owner was really nice. The ice cream is really good I got 3 flavours in a big ice cream cup, I really recommend it!!!

Fantastic cookies and ice cream, and super clean— you feel like you could eat off the floors! I had the Twix cookie with vanilla ice cream and my wife had the Meltdown (salted caramel). Loved it, will come back!

I absolutely love this place! The customer service is top notch. They were so appreciative of me coming in and it was such a pleasant experience. What a nice family feel.
I got a skor(not in the pic), snickerdoodle,
chocolate chip and the salted caramel cookies.
Wow wow wow. My son and I split all of them and they were all super amazing !! It was my first time and I would highly recommend. They have many options for ice cream and shakes and also hot chocolates.

I picked up some cookies from this place for a meeting, and they were an absolute hit! Everyone enjoyed them, and I have to say, I did too. Even though there was a bit of time between picking them up and the meeting, they were still perfectly fresh and delicious. The staff at the store was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I'd highly recommend grabbing cookies from here if you want to impress a crowd or just treat yourself!

I've passed by this place a few times, and this is the first time I tried it out. I'm only sad I didn't try it out sooner. The prices seem steep, but they really give you a good amount of ice cream. Also, the people who work here really are
absolutely wonderful, and they made me feel at home the second I walked in despite being busy with orders.😊

I ordered cookies and a bottle of chocolate milk for my sister’s birthday, and while the cookies were absolutely perfect, the order came with white milk by mistake. I gave Sweet Lou's a quick call, and to my surprise, Lou himself personally delivered the correct chocolate milk within minutes and told me to keep the white milk too! The cookies were incredible, and the customer service was even better. Easily a 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be back for more!
