The entire experience was great from start to finish. Brendan was super knowledgeable and very helpful. The hot tub arrived quickly, no hassles. We have a tricky entrance and the delivery was very smooth. The hot tub has been a great addition to our backyard. So happy we went with Wellness Shop! Would highly recommend if you are looking!

Having bought our J480 from Jacuzzi Kitchener more than 12 years ago we couldn't be happier with the Jacuzzi brand. They're always helpful and eager to answer our questions and assist with other matters. Their products and tubs are the best available. We're also very happy with the service we receive. I can’t say enough good things about the service Rod provided. We had a persistent leak in our hot tub that had been difficult to pinpoint. Rod arrived right on time, came fully prepared with the right tools, and immediately got to work. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, explained what he was doing every step of the way, and quickly identified the source of the leak.

What impressed me most was his attention to detail and his commitment to doing the job right the first time. He replaced the faulty fittings, resealed the connections, and tested everything thoroughly before leaving. He even gave us tips on how to maintain the hot tub to prevent future issues.

Rod was professional, courteous, and clearly very experienced. The hot tub has been running perfectly since the repair. If you’re looking for someone reliable and knowledgeable to fix your hot tub, I highly recommend Rod from the wellness shop.

Ryan came out to service my hot tub and he was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I had a lot of questions and despite it being his last appointment late Friday afternoon, he took time to answer them and showed me some features I wasn't aware of. He also had supplies on hand which was helpful as I decided last minute to get a couple of things I hadn't thought about earlier. He installed them on the spot and that was included in the original service call. Overall, it was a great service experience. Thanks Ryan!

we were thrilled with the service that we were provided through the purchase installation and set up of our hot tub. We are new to the hot tub world, so had very little insight on what we wanted to buy. The staff helped us look at different options that suited our needs and help us pick the right hot tub for us starting out.

The delivery and initial set up was smooth and efficient. When we had challenges with our filling and startup of the hot tub, the staff was available for support after hours to ensure that we were satisfied with the initial Set up.
We had a great follow up visit to teach us the ins and outs of chemical usage, cleaning and testing.

Everyone was patient with Us to answer all of our questions, and extremely helpful all the way through the process. I would definitely purchase any future upgraded hot tub from the wellness spa.
