I had a fantastic experience with Dial-A-Tire at their Bridgeport location. From the moment I called to book my appointment, the staff were professional, helpful, and efficient. They clearly explained my options and were upfront about pricing, which I really appreciated.

When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and my car was taken in without delay. The technicians worked quickly but thoroughly, and I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. My tire replacement was done in no time, and they even took the time to check my other tires and explain how to better care for them.

What really stood out to me was their honest and friendly customer service. No pushy upselling—just genuine care and solid advice. The waiting area was also clean and comfortable, which made the short wait pleasant.

Mixed Experience

I came here to buy used tires and was really impressed at first, the customer service was great, and everyone I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. They got me in quickly and were very accommodating.

However, not long after getting the tires installed, my car started having issues. I took it to my regular mechanic, and it turned out that the tires were not properly balanced, which ended up costing me an additional hour of labour to fix.

While I really appreciated how nice and efficient the staff were, I think it's important for people to know to double-check the work or ask specifically about balancing. Great people, but unfortunately, the mistake cost me extra time and money. Just a heads-up to anyone considering going here — maybe confirm what’s included in the service and make sure everything’s done properly before you leave.

Aniz and the rest of the team there were amazing people and got my Tesla tire fixed in record time! They have great Tesla products as well if you're looking to shop! Highly recommend these guys are their prices are very affordable too!

Go here if you need to be taken care of urgently. I went here because I had a few issues with my beat up 2016 Hyundai Elantra and they were able to identify the issues quickly and install all the necessary parts in a timely manner. I got some some winter tires installed while it was in. Managed to get a front left control arm replaced and a new set of tires for a reasonable price. Aniz displayed genuine care and concern for me as a customer while I was there and the prices were not marked up whatsoever. Amazing service. I live in London but am in KW quite often. If I could drive down to KW whenever a car of mine needed repairs I would just so I can be serviced here.

They deserve your business and you deserve to be taken care of. A win/win if you're a new customer.
