We chose Koffee Grounds as it was recommended to us by a friend who lives in Melfort. Unfortunately, our experience was not great. The barista acted as though we were an annoyance and that she didn’t want to be at work. I had ordered my drink with oat milk and she made it incorrectly the first time. When I did have a sip of my drink - the temperature was extremely hot. We sat down for about 10 minutes before taking our drinks to go, I ended up dumping mine out because the milk was burnt. The customer service is lacking which ruined our experience. This is especially unfortunate because the space is so cute. They also serve Rampage coffee which is local and delicious when prepared correctly.

Was in lastnight was in. Girl helping me was very pleasant. I walked and really not knowing what I wanted and decided just to go with my regular order. While making my drink she asked what I really liked and suggested other drinks that are similar to my order. Because of her suggestions I have a new list of drinks to try in the future!

A gem of a coffee shop! I visit family in Melfort a couple times a year and will.make this shop a regular stop. I had a lovely coffee but is really the setting that is remarkable - so charming. Lots of interesting seating for whatever your purpose- solo coffee, working on a laptop, cozy catch up with friends. There are also lots of treats. I tried the fudge and would recommend it. My daughter had a cookie and she liked that. The barista was very personable and friendly- she went out of her way to accommodate my daughter's request for chocolate milk

The best customer service ever, beautifully decorated, and a very welcoming place to have a cup of tasty coffee.
