We have been coming to this store ever since we moved to town 5 years ago. Helpful staff that really goes above and beyond. The store manager himself has came to fix our lift chair himself at no charge even though it wasnt a warranty issue. I can't say enough good things and I am so happy to still have a brick and mortar store to visit instead of shopping online.

Purchased a dryer from the company and have had the repair guy out several times to fix. Purchased a $2200 chair with a lift for my husbands legs and bought it with a 3 year warrenty plan. The motor for the lift needed repairing after 6 months use. They DO NOT HONOR their warrenty! Stay away from this company!

I had a good experience when I was in the shop, but the delivery was crap. I asked for old furniture takeaway, and that never happened. Even though I had the money for it. Now, I have old furniture that I can not get rid of.... Last time, I'll be doing business here.

Went to the store a few weeks ago to purchase two reasonably priced mattresses. The service was good, the salesperson was able to accommodated my price I was looking for but failed to mention the mattresses were terrible. I phoned two weeks later to ask if I can return them as one was still in the original plastic. The salesperson was not helpful and did not want to assist me in this matter. I had to push him to phone the manager for details. Restocking fee and store credit was the best option. Junk mattress from a junk company.

Got decent customer service when I went there to buy a mattress, but the sales associate did not disclose that I had to buy a mattress pad from there if I was not satisfied with the mattress and wanted to return or exchange it.

As is I'm out over $1,000.00 due to their sharp business practices and stuck with a mattress that hurts my back and is causing me to lose sleep. So much for giving small businesses a chance.

Absolutely the worst customer service, I can't believe they are still in business. They only want to sell you new items. Ask for service and they are extremely rude and intolerable. I wouldn't send my enemy there.
