I recently brought my cat in to be spayed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The clinic was spotless, and every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The staff were not only professional, but also clearly passionate about what they do, it really shows in the care they provide. On top of that, their pricing is incredibly reasonable, making quality veterinary care accessible without compromising on service. It’s clear they prioritize animals over profit. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone, and I’ll definitely be trusting them as my primary vet moving forward

And that is exactly how they treat her, like she is a very important part of their family. In the past we have gone to other clinics & I can honestly say that this clinic is by far the better choice for us. We had to have our sick old dog put down and the staff was very compassionate with us and our children. Way nicer than a past experience in a different town. The process was explained well and at our pace. Top notch service for a hard experience.
We also had our other dog spayed here and she was well taken care of and healed nicely. She didn’t even seem to know anything had happened.
Melville Veterinary Clinic is great to work with in all aspects. Professional, knowledgeable and compassionate!

There are not enough thank you's in the world to express the gratitude for the amazing service I received at Melville Vet clinic from Dr. Zac, Monica, Krystal and everyone else there that took such good care of my little Yorkie Beaux (4lbs). I brought him in Wednesday morning in pretty bad shape. He ended up having acute gastritis and was admitted to hospital.
The treatment, care and everything possible he need to get him stable and by Friday released from the hospital is out of this world. Constant updates and the team was so good when I called a million times times to check on him. 😀 The nurse who went over his release information (I'm so sorry, I can't remember your name), went through all of his take home medication and what needed to happen was amazing. She made sure I understood everything for Beaux's recovery at home. From the bottom Beaux's, mine and my families hearts, thank you for saving our little guy! As of today, he is back to his goofy personality and the happy pup we know and love. And thankfully, all this was bundled into not breaking the bank for the absolute best care he could ever have received. Which I also really appreciated! We had to put our sweet boy down today (15 year old dog) and it was my first time losing a pet.

I CANNOT believe how absolutely wonderful the staff here is. Everyone was so kind and understanding and supportive.

What was to be one of the worst days of my life went so smoothly with no additional stress thank to the amazing team here.

10/10 would recommend and travel to use them!

Staff are always amazing and helpful. They always make our experience going to the vet easy and comfortable. They explain procedures thoroughly, go over pricing and make sure you're comfortable with the treatment plan. They also get you in on a timely basis! Most importantly, they make sure your pet likes them and are so incredibly caring. They will make time in their day to meet and spend some time with your pet so they can get to know the staff before hand.
