Esmarie their Sales Manager did an excellent job of renting us a vehicle in Melville for three days. She gave us a 2023 Bronco 4 X 4 which worked very well with all of the ice and snow in the area. It was also a fun vehicle to drive in the current very wintry weather. At the end of the rental my wife had left a book behind in the vehicle and Esmarie was willing to go to her dealership on the Sunday morning to find the book before we left town on the train. Many thanks to her for going "above and beyond the call of duty!". 11/10 experience. I recently purchased a car here from out of province and was incredibly impressed by the entire experience and staff. Esmarie was a pleasure to deal with and everything from the initial inquiry to receiving the vehicle was above and beyond anywhere I've dealt with. Fair and honest isn't something always associated with dealerships but its exactly what Future Ford delivers.

Incredibly personable staff. Being out of province I had the pleasure of meeting Bunker who delivered the car to me here in Alberta. He didn't just drop it off but really took the time to show me all the features and quirks of the vehicle really taking his time and offering help if I ever needed it in the future.

From the calls and texts to even following up down the road to make sure I was doing well in my new car I couldn't ask for a better buying experience. If you're a few miles down the road or hundreds of miles away like myself I highly encourage checking them out.
