Efficient work, punctual, and very pleasant employees that were easy to work with and respectable of my home and time! Chad and Hayley did great work on the plumbing tune ups I needed and were very impressive with their service and explanations. Jared performed great work with my furnace and made sure I was ready for the winter and suggested what he felt I could consider for the future.

Overall, I will be hiring them again!

I have nothing but high praise for my experience with R&D today. I had a bird living deep in my bathroom exhaust fan pipe, that not even pest control could reach. R&D sent Chad and Hayley out the next day to help us save the birds. They were incredibly polite and would not talk about things they weren't 100% sure about. I loved that they were willing to ask questions and get clarification to see what all of my options were before pushing forward with a solution. With same day service, they were able to change out that flex pipe and have my house good to go in a few quick hours. This was excellent service, done right, and done fast.

Lane was very helpful today. I called in the morning and he was there by 1pm. I was having issues with filtration system at my lakehouse and Lane cleaned it out and discovered that the problem is my water source/line which comes from the lake. He contacted a company that specializes in this and gave me their contact information. Lane was efficient, knowledgeable and gave me some good advice. There was no mess left behind at all. I am very impressed with the professionalism of everyone and the friendliness of the staff.

We had an emergency plumbing need and we contacted R&D from the inital phone call to the office to the workers leaving our place the R&D employees were professional, polite and understanding. Janelle answered our phone call and she was fast to get a team out to our place, when Chad and Hayley arrived they explained everything they were doing and made sure we were comfortable and understood, they had options and explained the fees as they went along. We will be using R&D for all future projects!

R&d, Plumbing and heating is an amazing company! Somehow they combine warmth and top level professionalism. I just had my first introduction to their work on my house and the job was difficult and did not go straight forward. But at all times they let me know what was going on and fixed things up very well in the end.
