I recently purchased a BMX bike from their website during a sale, and the entire experience was excellent. The process was quick and easy, and when I went to pick it up, one of the staff members kindly explained that they wanted to give the bike a proper inspection before handing it over. I really appreciated that extra level of care—it shows how much they value quality and customer satisfaction. The staff were very friendly, and the overall environment was welcoming. Highly recommend!

They were able to help us replace a part on my son’s bike quickly and inexpensively! Really nice people working there. Would give them more stars if I could! Thank you guys again!

I dropped off my bike three weeks ago for a full overhaul. It’s been used consistently on trails and mountains over the past two years and sat through the winter without any maintenance. I made specific requests at drop-off, which the front staff said they’d “put a note on.”

Week after week, I received no updates. I had to call multiple times, only to be told my bike was still sitting there and that they’d “start it in a few days.”

Last Thursday, after hearing the same excuse again, I told them specifically not to touch my bike anymore and that I’d come pick it up that afternoon. Few hours after, I received a message from the owner later that day saying he “thinks” nothing needs to be done, that he test rode it, tightened some bolts and the bottom bracket, said my fork/shock had "low" hours and everything seemed fine — directly contradicting my request.

I get that this might be the only shop in the city and you guys can get busy, but leaving my bike unserviced for three weeks with zero communication is unacceptable. Also, riding it around the block on flat pavement does not justify saying it’s in perfect condition or that the suspension has “low hours.”

Poor service, poor communication, and a complete disregard for customer requests.

Jim has been amazing to deal with every time going in there super nice guy. So glad he talked me into a different bike that more suited me, I can tell already that I would have been upset with the bike I had originally wanted.

The staff was super knowledgeable, I was able to try a few different options and was comfortable with my choice. After a few weeks I found that I liked the bike more every day and have made great use of it (over 300 km) in 2 months. It is so good that we have a high quality bike shop in our city that we not only can support but get service at locally.
