On Dec. 28th, I called the store to find out the status of an order I placed on Dec. 10th. The manager was abrupt and rude and told me the delay in getting the hockey stick I ordered for my son “wasn’t his problem”. It was shipped by purolator who was indeed backed up with orders due the strike and the Xmas period. However, he didn’t apologize, show any empathy and to just hang up on me shows terrible customer service. When it fact this IS his problem. I order this hockey stick from HIS business and he is responsible for the shipping of his products. I was truly appalled by the way he treated me as a customer. His only solution for me was to call and “complain to head office” which I did. I DO NOT recommend buying from this company

Attended the shop to have an Achilles guard changed on a pair of skates (True). I stood at the counter awaiting or the "Skate Specialist" who completely ignored me at the counter as he walked past and started sharpening a pair of skates. I waited for over 10 min as he continued sharpening 3 pairs. Due to the lack of professionalism and acknowledgement of customers, being from out of town, trying to support local businesses is disappointing. I would not recommend if your looking for great service.

Listen, to anyone that lives in the Calgary area, don't use this place for bike repairs or any such, there is a small metal bit that broke on my bike a few months ago so I took it into bow cycle for a repair, they were nice and friendly and replaced the bit for 20$, today I go into source and the male working at the repair place was rude and tried to charge me 110$ for the small repair. That is a 90$ difference, take the time to drive down to bowness, source for sports is absolutely terrible.

These guys always ho above and beyond to service their customers. Just bought a cheap pair of skates and it took about 1/2 hour to find some that fit. They were very patient and ended up finding the perfect fit for my youngest boy
