We stopped here a few times while camping near by. It is a very spacious location with interesting items on the wall and some mugs etc you can buy.

We LOVE the story behind the coffee they use!

The staff was super friendly and the treats very yummy! My husband requested they make some Black Forest cake (cupcakes) for my birthday and they did not disappoint! I had 3/6 of them ;0). We also tried their Oreo cookie while having a coffee there - it was very yummy!

We requested a Chai Latte with Oat extra hot however the extra hot was cooler than a regular and the regular was on the cool side. It would be great if they checked the temperatures to make sure they are actually warm/hot.

I’m am so please to find this gem in the heart of Slave Lake! My sister and I needed a little break and found this wonderful coffee bar and bakery! The food is outstanding, great atmosphere, friendly staff and the bakery items are next level. My two favorite things, linzer cookies and key lime pie are in the showcase. I highly recommend them!

Called to ask about a cake order. Was not even asked what I would be ordering, was told, 'No, I'm not doing any cake orders for that weekend because it's grad.' The woman, Tara I believe, didn't even ask if there was another date that she could work around. Was extremely dismissive and rude about it. All I had asked was, 'I was wondering about custom cakes?' And she said for what date, and I replied, 'June 14th? Possibly.' And she immediately said, 'I don't think I'm doing any orders that week.' It was such a strange call.

I'm a latte kind of gal so I like to get my fix at fix 😉 I usually get caramel macchito or the brown sugar shaken espresso. They always make sure you are okay with 2% milk.... For those that don't there is Oat milk or I believe almond?

I had the pleasure of having lunch at Fix Coffee the other day. Fix is located on one of the more attractive streets downtown and is super easy to find. Inside you will find a typical urban coffee shop. It has a fairly rustic interior with art on display from local artists. The floor definitely needs some repair, so this isn’t going to be a five-star experience, but it’s comfortable enough to enjoy a meal with a friend.

I ordered the bacon and egg croissant and it was delicious. My chai latte was also one of the best I’ve ever had – considerably better than Starbucks. Clearly, the owners have put their greatest effort into the quality of their food and it shows. If I was rating this place on food alone it would be an easy five stars.

The service was just ok. I was served by a teenaged boy who was diligent and civil, but nothing more. You can tell when someone is genuinely happy to serve you and who takes pride in their work. You can also tell if someone is just doing a job that they get paid to do. This is ultimately a weakness in management. You can use coercion to face an employee to be polite, but you will never get anything more. Instead, to get the best from your people, you need to lead by inspiration. To get service that comes from the heart, you need leadership that comes from the heart.
