Went into distractions looking for a specific item last Tuesday and the young lady who helped me was super helpful but as I was getting the young lady to help me there was another person yelling in the back not sure if they were on a phone call but as a first time customer I am not visiting again if this is how they treat their customers.

Seller not ready for online sales. Further communication indicates a lack of professionalism and a lack of accountability.

Before getting my order, these are the issues came up.

First issue: First time discount code. Subscribed several times to the website. Two days went by without receiving a code. Had to email and reach out via Instagram. I was told this was a technical error on the website; however, in their google response below they are now saying I overlooked it in the junk folder.

Second issue: Ordered not a lot but enough to verify the shipping cost. One item was listed as available in all sizes. Received an email saying the item was actually only available in one size (XL), because all other sizes were stolen.

Third issue: Was offered a full refund for the item not sent. See my email response.

Pro: One item difficult to find in Canada so I was surprised to see it offered by a Canadian seller.

Glad to have ended this weird transaction. Highly not recommended.

I ordered Kendall Z Supply pant from this Store and was totally impressed by the prompt service and efficiency. This was my first purchase as a) I am not an Amazon fan b) I buy from Canadian Companies…bonus it’s in Alberta c) delivery was Canada Post (Couriers will not deliver to my home in my rural community). I received my order within five days and I could not be happier. The size, the colour was exactly as I ordered.
