Broke a top shelf cart without much use. Nat was quick to offer calling the manager to see what they could do to help me. I was refunded and replaced the cart. Very good service will always come here.

A friend and I recently visited this location while visiting from Edmonton to get some pre rolls for a hike. Unfortunately we didn’t get the lady’s name but her service and knowledge was something i’d never experienced. Her ability to converse with customers and provide good service and good recommendation is amazing. She chatted with us for about 10-15 minutes and we walked out with the biggest smile on our faces. Hands down the best service i’ve ever received, hopefully she is able to see this and know that we appreciated her kindness and help:)))

This place is awesome the staff are nice to me all the time they have everything i need if there’s something i want they will get it always new stuff coming in… i mean they put a tim hortons smile cookie in my bag today from the staff they went and bought a bunch and we’re doing that for customers that’s going above and beyond
