Andrea, Renee and Trish were absolutely amazing! They were extremely accommodating to me being from out of town. I would make the trip up to Slave Lake to buy another Ford from Lakeside. Small town charm and the best customer service I have experienced buying a vehicle. Go visit them, you will not be disappointed!

Here is my story, I usually trade my trucks in every 2/2.5 years as they are out of warranty. Ford no longer made a truck that was like the one I owned, and my dealership (spruce grove) was unable to find a solution to work with my needs from the trucks on the lot or from what they could order. So I asked my friends about who they trust. Travis with Lakeside Ford was recommended. Travis was willing to work with my needs and come up with solutions (while not exactly like my previous truck) were very close. I appreciate his hard work and all the staff at Lakeside for the adjustments that were made on my truck. Thank you!

Took our company truck for a tire service because it was leaking air and they didn’t torque it back. I am glad the tire didn’t came off at the highway. Also, They needed to order a new tire or something for us. So they asked us to come back next week. But before we picked up the truck we requested them if they can fill up the air for us and they said they will do it and didn’t do it. I went in and requested again and they said it has already been filled. They lied to us. Take your truck to a local shop you will get better service than this and will be cheap too. Beware of these guys. These guys are scammers. Nobody said to bring back the truck after 100 KM and they are arguing it’s our fault now.

I arrived like a hurricane with a chipped windshield after doing no less than 5 auto glass repair shops on a road trip over the course of two days. In around 30 minutes, they fixed the chip and helped me immensely. 10/10 would recommend and go again.
