Wow. Have never EVER had problems like this at another dealership before. Had to wait OVER A MONTH to get our truck back. Had to go get PARTS ON OUR OWN, because the dodge dealership couldn’t get the right parts in and had us wait for parts THAT WERE WRONG!!! So we had to go get our OWN PARTS!!! Absolutely ridiculous. And on top of everything, we had to call OURSELVES to get updates because nobody can use a phone there to update customers on what is happening! As well as not even offering a rental car or absolutely nothing while being out of a truck for OVER A MONTH! Absolutely ridiculous and have never EVER been treated like this at a dealership before.

Horrible experience. Tried to purchase a 24 ram 3500 megacab. Added in hidden charges after I was sent the “final” paperwork. Vehicle was heavily damaged but being sold as brand new. Absolutely no remorse or remedy was given as an option. Very much a wasted ten hour round trip. One of my worst dealership experiences.

The service department at this dealership is absolutely fantastic!! They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. I've never dealt with the sales department here, but I will be when it's time to trade in my 2022 power wagon for a new one.

Ordered parts from here.
Due to a bank SNAFU, I was about to be charged 4x for my order...
BRAD helped me straighten all that out, talked me down from my panic, made sure my order was NOT processed, and then once the situation was resolved, happily took my order (over the phone - didn't want a repeat) and got it to me super-fast, even making sure that all gaskets were included and I wasn't ordering parts I didn't need.
I will buy my truck parts only from here in the future.

Everytime I get work done on my truck they find me a coupon to save me some money, and usually fix things I didn’t know were broken under warranty. When I’m off warranty they are always fair with their prices and prompt with their service. Very impressed!
